Performance Development Group, Ltd. was founded on September 7, 1999 in Watertown, South Dakota.  This joint venture merged the expertise of three well established telecommunications tower contractors, forming a well funded, experienced organization geared to provide a "one stop shopping" approach for wireless providers seeking to expand their services in a timely and affordable manner.

This highly successful collaboration results in a total of more than 50 years of experience and knowledge of the telecommunications industry in both domestic and international marketplaces.  With a growing inventory, we are leaders in leasing new and existing tower sites in the upper Midwest region of the United States.
